IDADEE continues to be a beacon of hope in its community during an especially difficult time in Haiti.

The schools have grown to serve over 600 students. The Children’s Home continues to provide a safe and loving environment for 41 kids. CHIDA, (the IDADEE hospital) is busier than ever, and recently, IDADEE welcomed 75 children and staff from another orphanage who were forced to flee the violence in the south and were desperate for a place to live. They will live on the IDADEE campus for the rest of the school year.
