The IDADEE Vision

What began as a dream among a few young Haitian orphans has blossomed into a beacon of hope. Today, IDADEE is a Haitian-led nonprofit organization in Cap Haitien, Haiti. Its work is vital to the community.

The leaders of IDADEE have a big vision for Haiti, and your support is making it possible.

The IDADEE campus is a 15 acre plot of land in Balan, Morne Rouge, 15 miles West of Cap-Hatien. The campus houses the Children’s Home, Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School, Joshua House retreat center, Vocational School, a soccer field, playground, and the Community Chapel. Just down the road is the CHIDA Hospital, which provides free to low-cost healthcare for community members.
There are three projects currently under construction:

The surgery center will increase CHIDA’s ability to do surgeries and care for patients.
The soccer complex will provide a safe and natural gathering place for kids and adults in the community. Through soccer leagues, kids will learn teamwork, discipline, and develop their athletic skills.
The multipurpose gymnasium and cafeteria will provide a safe place for the almost 616 students attending school at IDADEE to eat and assemble.

These projects all contribute to the overall mission of IDADEE: investing in Haiti by caring for young people and the community.
