The Pittsburgh Kids Network exists to serve and connect local youth pastors and youth workers. For over 30 years, we have hosted monthly large-group meetings and smaller regionally based quad meetings throughout the Pittsburgh area. These free monthly meetings bring local youth workers together from across the city for a time of worship, prayer, and encouragement.
We’re excited to welcome Joel Friend as our speaker this month! Joel is the Director of Student Ministries at New Community Church in Wexford, PA. He has served at New Community since October of 2008, primarily in their middle school ministry. Joel has a deep affection for the Pittsburgh Penguins, and he loves to read or listen to anything by Timothy Keller. He and his wife, Amber, reside in Cranberry Township with their children, Noah and Avelyn.
Come at 9:30 AM and enjoy a free breakfast of bagels and seasonal fruit. Stick around after for a free lunch!
Parking: Park in the West General Robinson St. lot across from PNC Park, and tell the attendant that you're there for the PKN meeting. You'll get a discounted rate of $3.00 (cash only, must be in by 10:00 AM)
