Welcome to the

Dream Team Happy Hour!

It’s all about consistent support over time.

We started The Dream Team in January 2021 as we reimagined what a monthly giving community could look like. What could we accomplish together as a group of people giving $10, $20, or more each month? How would those consistent donations over time help kids thrive? And what if we actively reminded these monthly donors of the good work they’re a part of instead of disappearing into the background like other subscriptions?

Fast forward to today, and Dream Team members (maybe you’re one of them!) collectively give $2,626 each month. These funds help purchase medication in Haiti, provide school supplies, send students to camp, and so much more.

In Haiti, Dream Team members are enabling kids to thrive in the IDADEE Schools. IDADEE is a Haitian-led community development organization just outside of Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. IDADEE is our primary partner in Haiti, and their work is fundamental to the surrounding community. Some of IDADEE’s most notable projects include a children’s home that cares for 40 kids, community schools that have an enrollment of 421 students, and a hospital (CHIDA) that treats an average of 100 patients per day in its emergency room.

These two photos show the progress that IDADEE made in one year on the new high school building, which held its first classes this past year!

In Pittsburgh, Dream Team members help provide scholarships to send middle school and high school students to life-changing PKF Camps like Surf City and Laurelville Mud Weekends. In a few short weeks, we’ll be in Mears, Michigan hosting over 600 students and leaders throughout the three weeks of camp. This fall, we’ll celebrate 60 years of hosting Laurelville Mud Weekends! One of our main ministries in Pittsburgh is the Pittsburgh Kids Network (PKN), which exists to support youth leaders. Throughout the school year, we invite youth leaders from around the city together to worship, learn, and share the highs and the lows of working with students.
